Quality Control

To ensure the quality of the final product, we at Jordanesia Alimentos we have an efficient quality control where we receive raw materials (SIFS duly authorized) under strict monitoring that are made by quality control with the Inspector on arrival, followed by the output of the final product.

Our production process is conducted in fully air-conditioned room with controlled temperature. Are conducted through documentation and records of the plan GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), of these procedures: monitoring critical point, identification of potential risks throughout the process and preventative measures.

In regard to the environment, we use environmental resources without endangering the continuity or the existence thereof, applying our best efforts in the use of all products of our activity.
